- Active woman, good swimmer, walks regularly
“Wow, three ‘phobias’ in one session I didn’t think it was possible. I can happily walk across bridges (no need to hold someone’s hand and run) I can walk reasonably close to the edge of cliffs (no need to take detours) and when I swim out of my depth in the pool, I can see the tiles at the bottom (no avoiding the deep end because of not ‘seeing the bottom) Thank you.”
- Married man working in middle management
“Settled into my new job (used to keep changing) and I have noticed major improvements in the way I deal with things and the results achieved (used to get things wrong from communication problems). The future seems really positive (wasn’t able to see his future) I feel so much more confident in myself (didn’t used to have any faith in himself) and this has improved my relationship with my wife (used to feel emotionally child-like whenever she questioned him) and I’m winning rounds of golf (used to play erratically, lack focus towards the end of the round and lose) which is just fantastic, thanks again.”
- Woman with a ‘lack of communication’ problem – ignored and not understood
“After two years of conventional therapy, I was surprised how much ‘stuff’’ was still there. I’m feeling more peaceful now (clearing hurt, sorted the anger/frustration problem) and getting my point across so other people listen (her 4-year-old Part was causing her to be annoyed with herself for not being ‘able to do everything’). By the way, my shoulder ache has also gone.”
- Mature woman with an unpleasant memory from childhood
“...whilst my eyes and mouth seem to be open in amazement – it is a new day – thank you. (used to have self-hate and shame)” “I drove past the park where I was abused and I felt fine” (having cleared the emotions of Hurt and Sadness from all past memories)
- Young man - off work with ‘depression’
I’m back at work and much happier about life in general, I feel it’s OK to smile again, many thanks. (was off work for 3 months with bouts of uncontrollable crying every day – following various deaths in the family)
- Woman dissatisfied with her job
I’ve had counselling for four years but I’ve made more of a shift from working with you and that’s been very profound. I had an excellent report from my boss, I feel acknowledged for my skills, and have applied for a better post. (used to feel stuck, anxious and lacked direction) I really do feel good about myself (used to believe that was not possible) I don’t know why, but my thyroid function has returned to normal! (was under active)
